Resident issues a PIN
A resident opens the app, generates a 6-digit guest PIN scoped to their unit. Time-limited, revocable, no account needed for the visitor.
- Step 2
Guard verifies at the gate
The guard enters the PIN on their phone. The server validates the credential, checks authorization windows, and applies rate limits. Entry is granted or refused — never inferred.
- Step 3
Every attempt is written
Every entry, every exit, every refusal is recorded in an append-only event log. Unresolved sessions stay visible. Nothing is quietly closed.
